Steve’s confident and measured approach to his work comes from his many years’ in the building and architectural industry. His lifetime of experience and guidance he offers has fostered long-standing industry relationships which has produced many successful built outcomes over time.

TONY VELLA

Director

Tony’s articulate and creative approach to architecture has continued to yield the firm’s most refined and modernist designs. Working at the drawing board is where the creation of ideas transpires for Tony, the generation of these ideas are given relevance and balance by the grounding relationship the three directors share.

A member of the practice since it was founded in 2007, Wade compliments the values of RVA. Having delivered projects across a range of projects he has been a major part of practice growth and success. Wades technical expertise & management skills guide our teams through projects from the early design stages to final handover.
